Site Requirements

· Access: The delivery vehicle requires a firm, level surface and suitable access (minimum [e.g., 3.5 metres] width, no low-hanging cables). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access and provide any necessary permits.
· Ground Conditions: The ground must be firm and level to accept the container’s weight. We are not liable for ground subsidence or damage caused by unsuitable ground conditions.
· Offloading: The driver will position the container as safely as possible. The driver’s decision regarding safe offloading is final. Complex placements requiring additional equipment or labour may incur extra fees.

4. Delivery Failure
If delivery is attempted and fails due to inadequate access, unprepared site, or the customer not being present, a re-delivery fee will apply.

5. Title & Risk
Risk and responsibility for the container pass to you upon delivery at the agreed location. You should insure the container from this point.
