Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Consumer Rights (Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If you are a consumer (buying for personal use, not business), you have a legal right to a refund if the Goods are:

· Faulty or not as described at the time of delivery.
· Not fit for purpose (where you made that purpose known to us).

2. Inspection & Reporting Faults

· You must inspect the container thoroughly at the point of delivery before the driver leaves.
· Any obvious damage, discrepancy, or fault must be reported to the driver immediately and noted on the delivery paperwork. You must also notify us in writing (email) within 24 hours of delivery.
· For non-obvious faults, you must notify us in writing within a reasonable time, and in any event within 30 days of delivery.

3. Refunds for Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

· If the Goods are faulty/not as described, we will offer a choice of: (a) repair, (b) replacement, or (c) a full refund.
· If a refund is agreed, it will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the container to our yard.

4. Cancellation Before Delivery (Distance Sales)

· If you purchase online or by phone without a pre-visit, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period from the date of order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
· Important Exception: This right to cancel does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made-to-order, or where the container has been modified to your specific request. As containers are often prepared (e.g., cleaned, serviced) for you after order, your right to cancel may be limited. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
· If cancellation is valid and the container has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued. If it has been dispatched, you will be liable for the cost of returning it to us.

5. Change of Mind / Incorrect Order
We do not offer refunds or returns simply because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong container, unless agreed at our sole discretion. In such a case, any refund would be subject to a restocking fee and the full cost of collection.
